January 2006 saw the Willunga Quarry Market's begin its 20th year as one of Willunga's popular tourist attractions. A number of special events were planned including a Volunteers Dinner, Competitions for Stallholders and a Birthday Market on 9th December. On December 9th, the Willunga Quarry Market Committee extend invitations to former traders, Willunga residents, our regular shoppers and everyone who would enjoy the opportunity to shop in a relaxed rural setting, whose taste buds find country cooking a treat and beautiful music soothing to the soul, to join our celebrations.
Tamarisque (pictured above) a family band who play a wide variety of music performing throughout the day and Wendy Dyson's violin students (pictured below) made their traditional December performance.
